I'm the same way. Always used Intel when building and then switched to AMD for many years. We shall see how it goes with Intel.

Thanks, I’ll definitely use this information in about 10 years when I can actually afford one. Thats the budget one too. Lol

The opportunity is there for the first tech Youtuber to launch tie merch with the number 3090 on it. I don't wear ties, does anyone anymore? Maybe a tie shaped sticker then or little 3D prints of ties with little magnets in them so we can clunk TI's officially onto the front of our PC cases. Yes I've thought far too much about this and I'll get my coat.

Why is everyone cutting off audio above 3 kHz ??? You know how hard that is to listen to???

I like the extremely neutral take and just letting us know what was shown at CES.

There are so many tech YouTubers that have felt the need to thrown in their personal opinions about the things shown at CES. It's slightly annoying when you just want to know what was shown and could be (or will be) coming down the pipe.

It has always been T I, this tie nonsense is something new. It has been suggested that Nvidia is trying to change people calling it T I to calling it tie. No idea why though. The closest conflict I can think of is probably Texas Instruments and their calculator line (TI-84) and I doubt anyone would get confused between a graphics card and a graphing calculator.

Intel can't rely on pure power, they also have to attack the budget market which AMD ruled for a very long time. oOnly a minority of a minority of people actually buy the highest performing processors or PCs that include them.

I don't think anyone really knows whats happening with Intel with gaming more than those who've had Intel powered handhelds for years, those who have followed GPD and One-Notebooks offerings which until two years ago Intel was the only option. Drivers, the drivers were and still for the most part are the failing for Intel. Now a good example is Detroit Become Human while it's working already on the AMD alternative option of the same handheld the Intel counterpart is still unable to even launch the game. You have people saying its because handhelds are not powerful enough yet the AMD version is able to run the game at very playable levels. It is in reality down to the drivers that Intel release. It's been a long case of some movement forward and then some backwards within a few updates. Some updates create game breaking experiences and some fully fix games which is why the community had to create a tool to roll back drivers and update them. Windows updates often wrongly "updates drivers" which instead results in a downgrade. The main reason why I stick with Intel is Thunderbolt and ahem better emulation experiences.

Idk they (Nvidia execs) themselves are all over the place on the pronunciation of it, so I guess pronounce it whatever you like?! 🙃
"T(ai)" would make sense thou cause it's written as *Ti*, since the other kinda implied both letters to be capital as in like you'd spell an acronym (T.I.)
