Appreciate all your past videos and content plus enjoy the new stuff as well. Your channel was one of many resources that I used to accomplish my goals that actually worked for weight loss. I’ve tried many fad diets and my own ways to try and lose weight over the years. From 316 on August 19, 2019 to today 210 pounds. It’s been a heck of a journey and have been maintain a weight of 210-220 for 3 months now and feel great. My doctor is very impressed and says keep up the great work.

I have found a 0 Carb, carnivore snack, Tillamook Smoked sausage, with 0 sugar. They have lots of fat, calories & protein they taste great. I eat them as a meal when I am away from home base. They are sold all over Kroger, Wal-Mart, etc. They are Ketoriffic!

You two are such fun to watch ! I find that small amounts of sugar, such as in some brands of bacon or breakfast sausage, increase my appetite for carbs. Read the ingredient labels.

This video is what I needed to see you today! I started keto almost one month ago. I am 61 and have mostly followed a weight watchers type of diet most of my life. So this is a big learning curve for me but I am anxious to do it right because of the health benefits you describe. I need to lose approximately 30 pounds. I am an apple shape so most of that 30 pounds is right in my stomach area. So far I’ve only lost 6 pounds and holding. But after watching this video I can see what I’m doing wrong. I would’ve never thought that what I’m doing would be affecting my keto journey. Ie: Putting heavy cream in my coffee? Eating occasional green veggies? Eating cheese? And sweeteners such as Monk fruit, allulose and Stevia. For me it is sounding like a carnivore diet is the best decision for me. Luckily I have no problem eating an all meat diet. I have a rack of ribs in the oven. I’m going to start today! Fingers crossed! Thanks again for all the knowledge you share with us! You guys are priceless! 😘❤️🍗🥩🍖🥓🍳🥚🐮🐔🐷5
