I would add one more point-- Quitting before you succeed because you feel like it's too restrictive! The first two weeks are the most difficult but there is shining light on the other side :-)

I never weighed myself during the past 5 months I’ve been on keto. I just felt so much better and otters around me told me I was losing weight. My waist size went from 35 to 30 and therefore never wanted to get into that cycle of chasing a number to achieve or how much to lose this week etc. I just felt great, loved the compliments I was getting, loved shopping for slim fit clothes and loved the fact that I it seemed easy than all my previous attempts of fad diets and going to the gym at 6am and seeing no results. I cannot thank Dr. Berg enough.

This makes so much sense, I’ve been struggling so long to shift excess weight. I’ve watched most of Dr Berg’s keto videos and I can’t believe I’ve only just found this.

Wow, what a timely video! I just had a lipo panel and my MD is worried about my "bad" cholesterol: fortunately I have high levels of "good" cholesterol too, but now I have an explanation for him.

I never knew how destructive my diet was before starting the keto diet five months ago. 60lbs lost since then, and I think it's fair to say that the keto diet has saved me a lot of grief I would've experienced later in my life had I continued to eat as I did. Going from 200g+ of refined carbs a day to zero refined carbs a day was tough; I was accustomed to sweet things. But the knowledge and information provided by Dr. Berg (and other wellness sources like Thomas DeLauer and Dom D'Agostino) in regards to the keto diet have been life-transforming.

#10 - Doing keto to lose weight instead of doing keto to get healthy. (When you're healthy, the weight will come off naturally)

Dr Berg do you have any video explaining the relationship between appendix removal and right knee pain and also gallbladder and liver problems and right shoulder pain?

Hi Dr Berg, i have started Keto one week ago. And still learning a lot about the diet. I have one question about IF. Am I breaking the IF with 1 cup of Coffee without fats or sugars, and water with several drops of lemon and ginger (I am drinking 1 to 1.5 liters of water, "sweetened" with one lemon and small amount of ginger from the morning until the launch). More precisely, am I making Insulin spikes? Thank you so much.
