My favorite part of Golgari Death Swarm (other than how I got the question right, go me) is how it's printed on a blue-white card. Just a great reference all around!

If Lazy Goblin would be too strong for 2003, they'd lose their mind if they'd see Ragavan.

Vazal, the Compleat previewing the Phyrexian creature type was one of my favorites!

I'm really impressed you got "We'll errata this to be true" through the internal censors. Well done!

Lol I really liked challenge as a mechanic, I also super liked the land tocken mechanic, mono-white could use it ;P

Also sliverdazi was absolutely bananas and I love it so much for a comander would love some story on that! (Or a back boarder release).

One design card that stood out for me was Loopy Lobster. How there are four stages of abilities, at beyond the 4th stage it resets back to stage 1.

It feels like a predecessor to the dungeon mechanic, gameplay wise.

Any chance we'll ever see the Xyru "challenge" mechanic? I love more interactive abilities like this!

I love the rules text that goes with most of the cards. One with death especially.

Reverse Miracle makes me think of a Madness style mechanic that would allow someone to cast a card if it would be placed on the bottom of their library. Sort of like a scry payoff.

For a moment, I thought Lazy Goblin couldn't attack!

As much as I'd love to see Slivers return in a story set and revive the tribe (Sliver Queen planeswalked out of the volcano?), it would be amazing to have Slivdrazi be the face-card of a
Let the dream live, and join the swarm

"Which abilities do you think are next?"

Being able to change commanders (You're in Command). I hope, at least.

I was absolutely convinced that Blood Poet's Spark mechanic was going to be in Strixhaven.

Sunimret/Terminus is also a reference to the mirrored blast/suck art on Wrath of God/Damnation.

7.5/10! Knew about the cyclops titan being 2 cyclops giants, but not about the snare part.

there are plenty of white green creatures with flying and vigilance i feel like that question is a little unfair as there are arguments to be made with all sorts of colour combos

Please please please let this mean that Sliv-Mizzet and Slivdrazi Monstrosity are no longer a million billion dollars and become some price that I can afford...

I loved a lot of the playtest cards. One with Death, How to Keep an Izzet Mage Busy, and Enroll in the Coalition are objectively hilarious (and I kinda want to see black-border versions of them), and there were a bunch of mechanics I want to see return, like Kinfall (from Plane-Merge Elf), Aggressive (from Bear with Set’s Mechanic), and Interplanar (from Interplanar Brushwagg)
