Video title was "Mid sized trucks to avoid". He pretty much listed all the mid sized trucks available, so I am still trying to figure out which trucks to not avoid and then he didn't rank them, but he said he did. I now know what Youtube channel to avoid.

I got a 2022 pro4x in white. Had this truck for 5 months now with no problems. Really love this truck, it performs great!

Honestly, when a vehicle is given a con just because it lacks certain electronics and safety features, I have to laugh. How did all decades before 2020 survive without these features? Lol.

I bought a 2022 pro-4X and love it. I test drove the Rangers, colorado/canyon, and Tacoma. I ended up with the Nissan. I like the fact that Nissan is selling a truck not a giant computer on wheels. The interior is way better than the rest the infotainment system works great. I've used it at our family farm and it did great off road. (I had to go through a creek with a pretty steep incline and had no issues with ground clearance). I think alot of these YouTubers are payed off by these other car companies. The frontier has everything I wanted and need at a good price point.

In my opinion I would rank the New frontier pro 4X is number one. I just bought one about 2 months ago and absolutely love it. I did a ton of research on all of the midsize pickups before making any decisions. I will say though that I might have had some bias as my vehicle it replaced is a 2007 Nissan Xterra which I loved dearly and actually decided to keep it as a winter vehicle. When looking for vehicles I really would have loved to see a brand new 2022 Nissan Xterra redesign but the frontier is a beauty the engine feels great the infotainment system is really nice I don't find it cluttered at all. Seats are super comfortable driving position is really good and adjustable. The only cons that I can see some people not liking is the hydraulic steering instead of electric and the amount of leg room in the rear. Other than that though I really can't see why anybody wouldn't like this truck.

I bought a Nissan pro 4x in November been a outstanding truck so far.. running the shale washboard roads of Montana everyday this vehicle takes no prisoners ! I have been avg 20.7 mpg on reg not bad for a truck that weighs close to 4600 lbs.

After reading all these reviews. Sounds like the Nissan Frontier is a pretty good truck. I believe the owners more than the critics on any of these vehicles. 🤔

Bought my first Nissan frontier . Test drove most midsized trucks and that was the best value I could find. Glad I did as it’s a really great vehicle

The Nissan Frontier is the better overall truck in my opinion. I got the Pro4X in Dec. 2021 and it has been fantastic. Plenty of power and luxury. The SV with the premium package replaced the SL. I drove all the vehicles except the Maverick and the Santa Cruz and none of them drive as well as the Frontier. My Frontier is the perfect midsize for me.

Here's the truth most people ignore. Each one of those trucks is perfect for someone's daily existence

Bought the Ridgeline Sport 2022, it was really hard to find, drove 6 hours to get but it was worth it.

Been driving frontiers since 2014. Got the new Pro4x in November. Does every thing I need. Four wheeling in Vermont. Very happy with the Frontier.

I bought the Nissan pro4x. The engine is what a V6 in a midsize should feel and sound like. It looks amazing inside and out. I got the green one without the leather seats. I just prefer the orange trim which is not available with leather. The infotainment system is millions of lightyears better than any other in the segment… period. The quality of the screen and image is superior and the screen size is larger than most. I terms of mpg… I’ve been hitting the highway and it’s done 27mpg and 20-22 mpg in the city. The wheel is just amazing, it feels just the right amount of heavy to really get that trucky feeling. Nissan is always an underdog in this segment but somehow is one of the most durable. I still see around older models from early 2000’s. Plus is AMERICAN 🇺🇸.

Bought the new ranger last year. 14k miles and I’ve enjoyed every one. No complaints at all. The drivetrain is just awesome

My 2020 Ridgeline Sport is plenty of truck for what I need lots of storage gets me off road enough in the dirt since I’m not a big time mudder and it tows my camper. I can get 27 to 28 mpg on the highway and carry my canoe. Very comfortable ride.

I’ve been driving some sort of Frontier since 2007. Frontier’s are all I drive. I’ve had one with about 160, 000 miles. Aside from breaks and normal maintenance. They have never been in a shop for mechanical problems. They are an absolute work horse. That’s why I keep buying them.

What I gather from this video is that Jeep and Nissan weren't willing to sweeten the pot for better reviews from these questionable "experts".

I had a 16 GMC Canyon. At 22, 000km the bushings on the suspension went, never seen a dirt road it was a city truck and driven slowly. At 28, 000km the infotainment head unit crapped out, was replaced under warranty. At 36, 000km the rear taillight kept shorting out and the bulb was melting into the socket. Gm couldn’t fix this problem and it persisted until I got rid of the truck. Around 36, 000km the 4x4 system wouldn’t engage or disengage in cold weather. Gm couldn’t fix this either meaning I had to leave it in 4x4 just to ensure I had it when I needed it… finally at 44, 000km the engine started to burn oil and was blowing oil out of the exhaust. The engine needed to be replaced, and the head unit failed a second time. With all the problems on the vehicle, I went to Amvic filed a complaint and gm bought the truck back under lemon law. What a hunk of junk. My buddies on his third frontier all three have gotten him to 250k km plus and he just trades them for newer ones with no issues
