From the governments perspective it is beneficial that men get divorced every few years and quickly remarry. Alimony if monthly is taxable and additional revenue. Also The additional financial burden on the man will force him to work more and earn more. Instead of achieving financial independence and being a lazy bum.
Any social cost of broken families will be seen only in the long term and not a concern of socialist democratic governments that usually last for 5 yrs.

If a woman wants to appeal against the contested divorce judgement there is no time limit although the law does say they too need to appeal within 90 days

Sir i am want to know about advocate enrollment and if I enrollment in any state council that enrollment is valid life time Or not also AIBE exam passed in one that is life time and any person not doing active legal practice his enrollment is life time or some restrictions on that person . LL.B DEGREE valid for life time.
