On Test A, i am sure, the LCD one was a Samsung QLED. They messed up sharpness pretty much when they tried to give the panel a better image if looked at off-center. On test B, i'm pretty sure they either did not bother with calibrate the color on the LCD panel correctly, or it was again a Samsung QLED, because they don't do the best job in color recreation. As for the sound: Thats not a strength of OLED, its a strength of Sony. Also, they did not bother in showing the weaknesses of OLED at all. How about very bright scenes? How about Testing the visual Quality on a brightly lit room? This was a series of Tests, to brainwash people.

5:50 - The reason I would PREFER LCD OVER OLED in 2019 is because of burn-in problems with OLED TV's, when I spend $2000+ on anything, I would expect it to last at least 7-8 years, but with burn-ins a huge problem caused due to the organic part of OLED displays, you will be lucky if your display lasted for 4 years.

The major issue with OLED: it doesn't come without junk software. With LCD you can go back to a moment before bloat/ad/spyware, with OLED there is no escape.

I have a XR and my friend has a X, we compared the screens and all the difference we could really see is in the dark. You can see quite a bit of the backlight of the XR in dark rooms but with the X its bit darker (you can still the the difference between the notch and the screen though)

Oled works good in low light and lcd works good in bright light.
