Bruce always mentions the eye jab. Impossible to defend with his hand speed. I have studied him over my 75 years and have read and watched all his work. I was blessed to see Bruce Lee in person in Washington DC in 1968 at the Jhoon Rhee National Karate Championship featuring Joe Lewis. I can only say he was incredible and so confident in his twenty minute demonstration. Fifty years ago and he is still a legend today.

Has anyone noticed that he was NEVER short of breath while speaking before or after the movement. The movements looked effortless and his breathing proved it.

It's how he control the speed of his strikes that really amazes me.
His speed is lighting fast and the movement of his strikes really are like water. But how can someone control that much speed so easily?
