1. this is a clip from Ip Man 3, so yeah, obviously it's not actually Bruce Lee
2. it's meant to be cartoonish. If you watch the film (Ip Man 3), it tries to emulate the style of old Hong Kong action movies and comedies, which were not known for their realism
