"I like soreness" yeah, i don't think you're talking about the kind of soreness that makes you want to cry because you can't even roll out of bed

Am I the only one here who loves being sore? Makes me feel like I actually did work and put effort in.

Let s get real here a little soreness is always great it gives you the feeling that your muscles are actually recovering and that your workout was effective at least for me

When you are sore on the exact same muscles you worked out on is the best feeling ever. It tells you that you did the workout correctly and it's actually working ..as long as it's not a SEVERE pain.

I'd rather deal with DOMS than do 20 minutes of foam rolling

I had an absolutely hellish experience with DOMS when I got back into squatting after having tendonitis in my knee. I'd been doing knee squats at lowish weights that didn't put much load on the tendon in the meantime and thus mostly maintained my strength. After a week of testing the waters I jumped back into full weight just fine, but had to skip on leg workouts for an entire week, and could barely walk. Gradually worked back to full weight and now it's all fine again.

Delayed onset muscle soreness feels good. No I don’t mean because I know I worked hard and have a sense of accomplishment. I mean it feels pleasurably good, especially stretching sore muscles! So great

Thanks for keeping your videos awesome!

At this level of popularity a lot of people start making videos exactly 10:01 with a ton a filler

All I gotta say is I’m so happy I stumbled upon your channel because if it wasn’t your light vs heavy video in my recommended I probably wouldn’t have taken any interest into working out
