I got a couple canker sores and got special ointment and mouthwash. But this morning, it seemed like the sores were worse. I just checked my toothpaste and sure enough, there is SLS in the ingredient list 😢

This video was really helpful after a month or 2 i get sores in my mouth i usually had them. I went to the doctor they checked and all the time they kept saying stop eating spicy things and fast food. Well i tried every thing it gets better in 3-7 days my toothpaste had sls i didn't knew about i changed that started using sls free toothpaste which sensodyne rapid action. I started observing better results and now I'm good. Also another tip for those with sensitive mouth having mouth sores cankers or any other mouth related problem start taking vitamin b12 supplements. Do a little research and you'll find it helpful.
