Glad theyre alright. Any calls with kids terrify me. They can go from seeming just fine one moment to no more real fast. You truly never know and its best to follow your gut. Mamas know. I am a volunteer.

The EMT’s were so great with the kids but I would have never stayed at the scene if I sent all my kids in an ambulance to the hospital!! I hope the mom had someone meet them at the hospital so they didn’t get scared or incase something was seriously wrong with one!!!

Half of this comment section is not it 🤦🏼‍♀️ If I was in this situation I’d send my kids to the hospital over a bruise or a headache. I watch too many medical shows, and even tho it’s just a show, a lot of the stuff that happens on the show is real. A headache could be a concussion or something worse, and a bruise could be internal bleeding. Better to be safe than sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was just involved in a car accident today as well. My mother accidentally rear-ended somebody because they baked really fast to let ducks cross the road. I had to get checked by EMT because I bumped my head into the back passenger seat really hard did not cause a concussion, but it did cause some minor bruising.
