It's good to see that you're respecting the privacy of others by asking permission to film and upload the videos of them. I can tell that the people who ignored you for the video first gave you consent before walking away. Just because it's legal where you live to film people in public without consent doesn't mean you're not incredibly rude by disregarding their privacy and filming anyway.
