☯ Awaken Your Root Chakra (in 5 minutes)

The visuals in this video are based on the popular visuals in my "Awaken Your Third Eye" video. There is no doubt that the Taos Winds "Awaken Your Third Eye" video is by far the most popular with both the most views and the most comments of any of my videos. Many people over the last couple of years have asked if I would make the "Awaken Your Chakras" series, using the mystical visuals from the "Awaken Your Third Eye" video. Well, here it is; the series starting at the Root Chakra and moving through all the way to the Crown Chakra, including the Third Eye/Brow Chakra.

The videos in this series include the original visuals that have so fascinated all of you, my fans, my friends, varying only in the colors of each individual Chakra. Theoretically you should see different images in the different Chakra videos due the musical frequencies, though aside from the colors, the imagery is the same in each video. The audio frequencies and colors combined with your own individual psyche will create what you see and experience in each video in this series.

The music in this video (Root / Muladhara Chakra) will stimulate your Kundalini energy. You could possibly feel sexually stimulated as your Kundalini is awakened/stmulated.

Muladhara is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security.

It is reported that Kundalini awakening results in enlightenment and bliss. This awakening involves the Kundalini physically moving up the central channel to reside within the Sahasrara Chakra above the head. This movement of Kundalini is felt by the presence of a cool or, in the case of imbalance, a warm breeze across the palms of the hands or the soles of the feet. Many systems of yoga focus on the awakening of Kundalini through meditation, pranayama breathing, the practice of asana and chanting of mantras. In physical terms, one commonly reported Kundalini experience is a feeling like electric current running along the spine.

When Kundalini Shakti is conceived as a goddess, then, when it rises to the head, it unites itself with the Supreme Being (Lord Shiva). Then the aspirant becomes engrossed in infinite bliss.

Wow! As I listened to this while outside, a bee slowly flew around me. I looked up and noticed a robin was lying down, wings spread, on my sidewalk sunbathing not far from me.. I have never seen a wild bird do this. A shadow passed over the ground and I looked up to see a low flying bird of prey. Needless to say I lost all concentration on the video but I am glad nature enjoyed it so much and will watch it again.
