How to fix 'Warning: You do not have permission to access the API!' in Opencart 2.0.

Exactly what I needed. At the end, when you received that final (Warning: You do not have permission to access the API! ) error, I just went back to the API section, clicked the plus sign to create another API and placed the ip address that was sitting just above that input field. I re-added my own API and than went to the Modifications and hit refresh there just to make sure there was a refresh sent. The Warning finally disappeared. Thank you so much.

I have created user group "demo" and provided all access permission and under modify permission i have deselected user/user. Now if i assign this "demo" group to any user say user-x, and login using user-x to add the api key, i get Warning: You do not have permission to modify APIs! ×
Add API. I am using 2.3.0.2
