It could be the more updates you apply as well as aging battery the phone has to work harder and harder therefore getting hot and triggers this warning my iPhone 11 can only cope with basic apps no more gaming lags and gets hot

But what about getting this kind of warning only when using camera even just a minute or two. I always gets this warning every time I’ll open my camera. Other than that, it works fine even I’m watching movies or use other apps. Any advice?

I have my apps on my iPhone 7 layed out in order to my own preference and jet black wallpaper, if I selected Reset All Settings, I know it doesn't delete any of my apps but would it alter the rows and layout that the apps are in and wallpaper.
