Very annoying - but as a musician with copyrighted music - I get it.
Just wish they’d stop copy right claiming me on videos that THEY (YouTube Studio) provide as CC-free music 🤦🏻

I’ve never had a copyright claim before on many of my videos. When it comes to the drawing videos, I always mute the videos themselves so I can add the music in from YouTube studio’s library, but it’s also cuz I don’t trust myself in looking for copyright free music right now since I’m satisfied with what YouTube studio’s library offers. If it works for me, then it works for me

Just upload your own original content and you’ll be just fine 😉

But what they don't tell you is they will pass on your own info onto the copyright holder. Name address that kinda stuff. Been a few videos on this, look them up 🙂

How can I tell if a vid copy right striked? Some of my video’s with copyright claims have little yelled triangles with exclamation marks and idk what it means.

Help please I got my copyright released by umg after the dispute but when I woke up I got an email that the copyright is valid when it's not I literally gave credit to the music owner in my video description as well as saying "Note: I do not own any of these songs, credits to the real singer." I'm crying rn cuz of the moderation happened please help what do I do now I am not thinking of requesting another dispute 😭
