Fix Valorant This Build of Vanguard is Out of Compliance | VALORANT VAN 9003 Problem

Are you facing an error message that says van9003 or this build of vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings on windows 11?
If Secure Boot or TPM(Trusted Platform Module) 2.0 is disabled in Windows 11, VALORANT will not properly launch, and you will get VAN 9003 error. To resolve this problem, you will have to make sure that both Secure Boot and TPM are enabled in your BIOS.

Valorant worked perfectly fine on my old gaming laptop (besides the lag from not really being a good device to play it on), Then once I switched to a MUCH better computer meant for these games, i cant even play it. what a joke.

Guys i had this exact problem, it was showing this error message, but it said VAN9002 at the top, not VAN9003, in this case, go to settings, then type “Exploit protection”, then make sure (CFG) is set to on (by default) this fixed it for me.
