Got the split stance deadlift from you. Feel it in my core, especially on the glutes and hammies, and all of the stabilizers to stay balanced.

Used hardly 100lbs, excellent exercise!

On the split stance deadlift are you 50/50 or put more weight on the front leg?

Remember you can use kettles like dumbbells as well…. And Friday is for ladders and emoms lmfao
