At this point high refresh rate doesn't mean anything anymore unless it's oled, the ghosting(low response rate) for most ips makes it more comparable comparable to 100hz, and VA 30hz

I have a 280 hz monitor and in game I struggle to run 100 but I can sometimes run 130-140 fps what would a good cpu be

I have a 4070 super and a i7 and a 144hz monitor I’m only getting like 180 frames on valorant and getting like 280 on Fortnite creative. My friends have worse pc and get about 400 frames on valorant alone
