I remember when I thought 60hz was so smooth and couldn't imagine how it could be smoother. But once you try a high refresh rate, your perspective changes 😅

I only notice the difference between 60 and 90Hz for about 15 seconds after enabling it (on my phone at least, all my PC stuff is 60Hz) and then it feels the same.
I don't get why people hate 60Hz so much when 16:9 to 16:10 (or even to 3:2) is a much bigger, more useful difference.

the thing is how much more hz will impact the quality is logarithmical and at 60 is already smooth enough to not seem like your pc is lagging, plus most people are ok with that

Though if you use 144hz for example and go back to 60hz it will feel terrible

i dont got no strong pc so getting more than 60fps in most games is unimaginable to me. also a lot of modern games (e.g. elden ring) are capped at 60fps due to game logic being based on framerate as it doesnt produce NEARLY as much problems as an unlocked framerate

once you get on 144hz for the first time you can never go back to 60hz. BECAUSE IT FEELS SO LAGGY.

But I could go back to 144hz from 240hz

As a owner of a 60 hertz monitor i can say that i am still happy with it because its 31 inch and its just working fine so

i am still rocking 2 15 years old 1080p 24 inch 60 hz displays, but i am planing on upgrading to a 1440p 27 inch 180hz hdr. I think after 15 years i can go a step into the future^^

i remember the first time i got a 165hz monitor and a g502, it felt like my cursor was moving before i was. definitely worth the cash imo

I daily drive 2 devices, one with 60hz screen and one with 165hz. I got used to switching from either of them so no problem for me jumping to a lower refresh rate screen, but still gotta admit the first time using 165hz is a night and day difference, not just gaming, even doing general everyday tasks feels 10x snappier

If 60 fps is laggy and unresponsive for you then they is something wrong with you
