Lmao thanks bro I forgot I had on low power mode and was trying to figure out why it was slower than usual but low power mode disables 120htz mode for better battery life

Battery saving mode does not turn it down to 60hz. You have to go to accessibility settings and reduce motion

I recently switched from 60 to 120 and i see a big difference
