We introduce to you the 1st video in a 7 part Chakra cleansing sound bath series for short meditations to balance the Chakras. In this first episode, we will be focusing on our Root Chakra which associates with the note C, consisting of the base of your spine and tailbone. This is your center for stability, security, structure and patience. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this sound bath is designed to help us reconnect. Feel the connection with the ground and focus your attention on your Root, releasing tension in this area. Remember to breathe deeply into these frequencies and allow them to clear your mind.
