The taper started this week. The main change was just a shorter long run and ride.
Feeling really good and well-rested this week and going into the final taper week.
I made some big progress over the months, I don't think I'm where I want to be, but all I can do now is show up and give my best. Worry about the controllable.
The work has been put in, time to see how it goes now.
Weekly training volume:

🚴- 174.56 miles - 8:51h
🏃♂️- 27.44 miles - 3:18h
