In this video, I'll walk you through the best exercises to target your arms, biceps, and triceps in the same workout session.

The full workout:

Biceps:
3set x 10-12reps
1. Pause Seated barbell curl
2. Biceps curls (hold one arm under tension)
3. Seated cable curls

Triceps:
3set x 10-12reps
1. Cable Reversed Pull down (smith)
2. DB Overhead extensions
3. BW Push-ups MAX REPS

Arm circles front 20x 3

Dead Seated Barbell Curl 10 x 3 sets
One arm under tension bicep curls 10 x 3
Seated Cable Curls 10 x 3 sets

Reverse tricep cable straight bar pull down 12 x 3 sets
Dumbbell Skull Crushers 10 x 3 sets
BW incline push-ups Max x 3 sets
