Yakisoba. Japanese style stir fried noodle. I will share 7 secrets to make your Yakisoba professional level.

Secret 1.
Microwave noodle before you sauté
Secret 2.
Cook veges, meat, and noodle separately
Secret 3.
Sauté pork till golden brown and crunchy
Secret 4.
Season noodle
Secret 5.
Tenkasu or tempura crumbs plays important role to absorb extra water or moist
Secret 6.
Soy sauce at the end gives kick
Secret 7.
Tokyo Negi or long Japanese green onion gives nice sweet flavor
Ingredients for 2 servings
2 package of Yakisoba noodle
(2 package of seasoning which comes with Yakisoba)
4 leaves cagabe, cut into 2 inch sqare
1/4 onion peeled and sliced
2 white part of Tokyo negi, or Japanese long green onion, sliced
1/2 lb thinly sliced pork berry
1/3 cup Tenkasu or tempura crumbs
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
for toppings
bonito flakes
Aonori, or dried seaweed
Benisouga, or pickled red ginger
Process
1. cut the top part of package and microwave noodle for 30 seconds.
2. Saute vegetables
3. Saute pork till nice and crispy
4. Cook noodle until one side is lightly brow and cruncy. Add Tenkasu and mix well. Add seasoning. Add 1/3 cup water and mix well
5. Add pork and vegeables. Add soysauce and mix well
6. Place Yakisoba on plate and add toppings
