This was probably the best recipe I have ever tried. Because I'm only 14 and don't know how to cook even if my life depended on it, it was surprisingly really good. 10/10 !!!

Awesome recipe! My 10-yr-old was determined to make this for dinner after seeing it last night. He did half of the work and was amazed at how great his final product was. Thank you for inspiring him!

I tried it at home, it was the most delicious thing ive ever eaten. Additionally, i prepared a chicken breast. Sliced it, i used other half of the shallot, carrot and green onion. Stir fried it with pinch of salt, black pepper and chili. While mixing everything together i added the chicken mixture. It was truly delicious. Today i will try it with steak. 🥩

i never leave comments but i just made these and modified a few things (used spaghetti instead, subbed chili powder for korean gochugaru+cayenne pepper, left shallots out, used more oil, traded lime for lemon) bc i was short on groceries and it turned out so good!!! so easy but so so yummy and flavorful! for sure will be making this again soon :)

Here is the recipe:
*Noodles*
2 servings of whatever noodles you want to use (about 6 oz) _(the noodles in the video are udon noodles)_

*Sauce*
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small shallot or red onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup oil (olive oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil are all great options)

*Seasonings*
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice

Just saw this today & made it as a side for dinner. Thanks for sharing. I was missing a couple of ingredients but substitutions worked: Spaghetti for the noodles (I do this a lot for noodle dishes)!😅 Sesame Seed oil instead of Oyster sauce and Cumin instead of curry and I mixed it in the skillet instead of a bowl. It was delicious! Slightly dry but I added a bit of broth from my Rotisserie chix & it was perfect.

POSSIBLE SUBS:
curry powder = cumin (or turmeric combined)
cilantro = parsley / thai basil (purple stem don't mix it up with the basil you add to italian food)
shallots = red onion
oyster sauce = hoisin sauce (reduce the amount of dry sugar if using this)
