After rewatching spongebob these last few weeks i couldn't get the thought of patrick having this big secret out of my head.

Patrick feels like a very smart person, but he prefers to be below average to have fun and have good relation ships with people, but when he or his friends have a problem, he uses his inteligence to help them.

One more parts that I want to share is in the episode 'Sleepy Time' where Spongebob visits his friends' dream. In Patrick dream he rides a kiddie ride and he is happy with it, Spongebob shows that in a dream, they can be anything they want, but Patrick stays in his kiddie ride. This shows that Patrick knows what makes him happy and it doesn't need to be excessive, just a simple kiddie ride is enough to make Patrick happy.

What if Patrick surreptitiously manipulated SpongeBob to work so he could get Krabby patties for free? SpongeBob is inept at saying no.
