What I love about this theory is that it still shows the wholesome friendship between Patrick and Spongebob. Normally theories like this are always super dark, but this theory keeps the relationship between the two very wholesome and sweet, as it should stay. I like that.

I believe that Patrick is simply just a genius that is pretending to be stupid (the random smart stuff then acts like they didn't happen for example) just to be happy.

Good theory video. If I may give bit of criticism, it was stated in mermaid man and barnicle boy three that the superpowers were in the costumes, so the stretching ability doesn't say much (other characters got powers in that episode too). The strength, the chop, and the speed all make sense though.

I believe the original intent for Patrick's character was for him to not be the brightest, but he treats himself as if he is intelligent. Which is why Spongebob comes to Patrick for advice early on.

Patrick does act like an evil villain sometimes I remembered that he did create a rampage in the carnival on the Valentine's Day episode because he didn't get a Valentine's Day gift from Spongebob and in nature pants Patrick tried to kidnap Spongebob in a jar. He could have a brain coral that is making him smart but the writers chose to make Patrick even more dumb than he was before in the later seasons to the point where he couldn't be smart again even though he was.

another thing to support the prosthetic head theory is the robot from that one glove world episode when they went to sock world. the animatronic head was able to retain power when it took patricks heads place, as did he with the animatronic torso

Awesome video man! Although I find the theory with the brain coral aspect not quite compelling it was still and interesting food for thought. They had established that brain coral makes him smart when SpongeBob says that the reason he changed so much was due to it. Perhaps in this universe, brain coral can give someone super intelligence. An add on would be that after being bullied due to his dumbness(which we’ve seen in the episode where he makes a song) he decided to use brain coral to make himself smart. He then goes on to make a plan to get revenge on the bullies but in the process he ruins his friendship with someone(may or may not be SpongeBob as Patrick seems to be friends with flats to Larry so it can be anyone). This leads him to remove his brain coral head and grow it back with some time and return to his dumb state. In this case they repeat the process in the brain coral episode but manage to find his original head before Patrick grew a new one. With this Addon to your theory, the whole story makes much more sense, at least to me

Some of the points on this theory don't make sense, on the Mermaid Man episode he says evil because SpongeBob says something about stopping evil, and Patrick is friends with SpongeBob since his childhood (proofs that debunk this theory can also be seen at The Patrick Star Show)

And also in one episode we see two Patricks at the same time when SpongeBob asks "The only thing i still don't understand is this..." proving that he can regenerate his whole bode from the head and that his head was left out already before

For the whole super power part, i believe the superspeed one was just a one time thing since we don't see him do it again. As for the super strength, that's probably his natural strength. Despite Patrick being extremely lazy, he's a strong boi

When Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy were scared of the word evil is because Mermaid Man and Barnacle boy said they were too old to fight crime. Spongebob said they should be able to fight evil. The word evil made them scared. Patrick did nothing and he wasn't the reason why Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy were scared.
