When i make eggs like that in my pan which is from same material, eggs have little dots of an ( i think iron) and it become disgusting for me to eat. Help pls.

What on Earth does ‘medium high’ heat mean? Can’t you *measure* the temperature you are using, then we’ll all know exactly how to do it the way you’re doing it, wouldn’t we?!
