I love the variety! Thank you for making exercise about working hard and earning good food, I'm glad there's an alternative to the whole 'go on a diet and starve yourself'.

These short but intense exercises make me feel incredibly satisfied.

Excellent workout! Can we please have more advanced ones like this and possibly even more advanced with the same work:rest ratio but a 20 or 25 min workout? These advanced workouts are so badly needed as many seem to be aimed at beginners. Brilliant work, keep it up!

Very great motivational Coach. I been doing your workouts everyday and for the last 2 weeks i managed to lost 10 pounds.
1. i lowered by calorie deficit
2. i gave it all
3. Most of the days i waked up and wanted to quite exercising but I did it anyways because I knew it would benefit me in the long run

Love the advanced workouts there Joe! I have an arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis and workouts like this are an essential part of staying mobile and maintaining range of motion and strength - the best kind of medicine! Keep up the good work!! And I don't care what the temp is, I'm shirtless after the first 2 minutes of any of these workouts any time of year!
