I was on the verge of suicide.. I was so hopeless I thought I have no other choice, I had 2 options whether to really die or live my whole life like a dead person without doing anything I want to do. You are one of those 3 people who saved my life that day. I don't know how to thank you, I can't ever thank you enough 😢❤️

I made my ocd worse by trying to solve something unsolvable. Choosing to accept and live with uncertainty is an absolute must to get better. It's very difficult yes but doing what Ali says is effectively telling your unconscious brain the worry you have doesn't matter anymore and it's scientifically proven to improve the condition.

Very often my ocd gets worse and destroys everything in my life. I am not sure if I can do any job regarding ocd, and I need a job to survive like everyone else. Ocd certainly has influence on my self confidence and I don't know what to do anymore to work and live as others do. I'm on pils but they don't help. I have tried Ali's advices and it was better but somehow between having family, baby and job I stopped listening to Ali's videos. I don't have some smart words to say to you guys, but somewhere deep inside me i believe that ocd can be beaten. You are not alone. You are not! And we must fight, no matter how long the battle will last, we must fight. I now understand that beyond these words. Good luck good people, don't give up.

My OCD has gone into overdrive -I feel like everything is so stressful now I don't want to take ANY chances - all the work I was doing to overcome OCD before was based on accepting the uncertainty but that's just extremely difficult right now.

It can feel so difficult to disregard. I feel so guilty. So, incredibly guilty.

Maybe a stupid question, but does this also apply to contamination ocd? Like, when you "feel" you touched something, but it was not real? For some reason, my eyes fool me, like I Often look at something while passing by, and it Often feels like I touched a doorframe, a bag, something else, I Often get the sensation, like I actually touched it, by accident? But I think not, my eyes fool me 😆 is this sensory overload?
Thank you so much for your video's it's because of you and Bach remedies, that do the job for me! ☺️ Much love from Belgium!

What should we do with covid19 anxiety. Most of us are returning to work. Mine is at a small gym with close padwork contact
