Another one...

FYI: Sold the mighty van, mach 1, S600, and the 745i is up for sale... So there's room for more additions to the hooptie fleet!

Unlike all the other cheapest cars this one will actually be reliable

A fully functional hydrolic suspension after 300k. Mercedes, Land Rover and BMW should take note. Those are the only car's my family owned. From the late 80's on up we've had all models come and go. I can seem to recall a day where they didn't work, even after being totaled.

Probably the most reliable car in this channel

A place I worked a few years ago had a Tundra with that 4.7L engine. Although it got terrible mileage (~14 mpg hwy, with cruise on), it had a bit over 400K miles when it was traded in, still running fine, not using oil, etc. Regular maintenance was it. If that's the case with your Lexus, you still have (relatively) trouble-free miles ahead.

Best thing you've bought so far really.

350, 000 miles, I think it's finally broken in. Should be good for another 500K.

I have a 2003 Land Cruiser fully loaded with 330, 000 miles on it, and it’s amazing. It’s never had any major issues and it’s been in my family since we bought it in 2002. I love these cars so much.

I bought a 2006 LX470 back in June with 180k. Great machine. Older LX470's are typically cheaper than Land Cruisers and usually more lightly used and/or pampered.

Have you ever bought not the cheapest thing in USA?

Nothing comes even close to the reliability of older Toyotas. Incredibly well built cars. But pretty sure this guy will find a way to break this and then be like "ooh I'm an idiot"

I bought an 04 landcruiser with 150k miles, for 6700 bucks, owned by an old business guy, sold it for 10 grand 3 years later, loved that beast

I think the broken AC may be why it didn’t go at auction to an overseas bidder in the Middle East. That part of the world is notoriously hot, and you’d really need Air Conditioning there.

My dads friend Ayman Shallan has a black 1999 100 series Land Cruiser that he had since new & after his wife passed away, he kept the Land Cruiser but RARELY drove it because it was garage kept for most of its life & even though it was garage kept for most of its life, it was his wife’s daily driver for until she died (which was 10 years ago) & although that Land Cruiser was garage kept for most of its life, he did smoke in that car because he is a smoker

A 1994 Land Cruiser sold for $1, 500 yesterday in Salinas, California. Apparently, all it needed was a paint job.
