Scientific and simple. Were your forebears in the fan business? . Good, bare, clean, simple, helpful job.

what is the difference between F wave and P wave isn’t both arising from atrium?

My heart rate is the same -- averaging around 53. Always has. Recently I have had eye twitching and palpitation that feel like every 10th to 20th beat has a gap or so. At what point do palpitations become Afib? My heart rate doesnt climb then drop - stays the same. The gaps between beats changes.

I’ve always thought my heartbeat may be off and that it seems to slow or quicken between beats sometimes. I managed to get a recording recently and compared it to normal and abnormal clips online.
I’ve found that my heartbeat matches this video, and the description sounds accurate.. Do I need to see a doctor? Is AFib dangerous to health or can it be normal?
