Yasmeen Suri shares the foundation of theological beliefs which are different than fundamental Christianity for the 7th Day Adventists. This DVD teaching is available at

There are teachings held exclusively by Seventh-day Adventists. Some of their views which differ from most Christian churches include: the perpetuity of the Ten Commandments, the unconsciousness of man in death, conditional immortality, an atoning ministry of Jesus Christ in the heavenly sanctuary, and an "investigative judgment" that commenced in 1844. Furthermore, a traditionally historicist approach to prophecy has led Adventists to develop a unique system of eschatological beliefs which incorporates a commandment-keeping "remnant", a universal end-time crisis revolving around the law of God, and the visible return of Jesus Christ prior to a millennial reign of believers in heaven. They deny the eternality of hell fire.

I like to switch cults every week or two just to be on the safe side. Pretty much every time I watch TV preachers, I convert again. In my best week I converted nine times!

Ok, now tell me. Which of these are cults? Prove to me how are these beliefs not in the bible. All this video is talking about is Ellen G. White. Yet this video is not attacking our beliefs. I find this very interesting that nobody can break or even touch our beliefs. We are known in the world as the longest living Christian. Now why is that? You want us to go to church on Sunday. Which it is not in the bible. You want us to eat unclean animals. This is clearly forbidden to do in the bible. You want us to believe the soul is immortal. When the bible clearly said no one is immortal but God and God only. You want us to believe there is a hell under the earth. Which there is clearly no hell under the earth but lava. Why would Jesus come back to give rewards if there is no judgment taking place before his second return? And you want us to believe a perfect, holy, anti-sin God is going to take you into heaven with your sins? Tell me, can you get into heaven with just one little tiny sin? How is not keeping all the 10 commandments going to get you in heaven? Where is that in the bible?

If you evangelical Christians say you are a Protestant and you are not a Catholic, why do you go to church on a day the Roman Catholic Church invented? How are you completely different from the Roman Catholic Church? You are basically like them in a conservative form. It is us SDA that are completely different from them. That's what it means to be 100% Christian. But you don't want that, do you. You just want "Jesus loves me and that all I ever want to know". If you ask me, you evangelical Christians are the real cults. You're the one that wants to believe on Jesus, instead of in Jesus. You're the one who thinks being gay is good and not a sin. You're the one who thinks studying the whole bible is a big waste on time. You're the one who thinks the Old Testament is not necessarily. Again, if you ask me, you evangelical Christians are the real cults. Not us SDA. Now go read your bibles and find out the truth for you self.

NOW, HOW ARE THESE NOT IN THE BIBLE OR NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE BIBLE AND ITS TEACHING?

(1.) Baptism - Baptism requires repentance and a confession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It symbolizes forgiveness of sins and reception of the Holy Spirit. Adventists baptize by immersion.

(2.) Bible - Adventists see Scripture as divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit, the "infallible revelation" of God's will. The Bible contains the knowledge necessary for salvation.

(3.) Communion - The Adventist communion service includes foot washing as a symbol of humility, ongoing inner cleansing, and service to others. The Lord's Supper is open to all Christian believers.

(4.) Death - Unlike most other Christian denominations, Adventists hold that the dead do not go directly to heaven or hell but enter a period of "soul sleep, " in which they are unconscious until their resurrection and final judgment.

(5.) Diet - As "temples of the Holy Spirit, " Seventh-day Adventists are encouraged to eat the healthiest diet possible, and many members are vegetarians. They are also prohibited from drinking alcohol, using tobacco or illegal drugs.

(6.) Equality - There is no racial discrimination in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Women cannot be ordained as pastors, although the debate continues in some circles. Homosexual behavior is condemned as sin.

(7.) Heaven, Hell - At the end of the Millennium, the thousand-year reign of Christ with his saints in heaven between the first and second resurrections, Christ and the Holy City will descend from heaven to earth. The redeemed will live eternally on the New Earth, where God will dwell with his people. The condemned will be consumed by fire and annihilated.

(8.) Investigative Judgment - Beginning in 1844, a date originally named by an early Adventist as the Second Coming of Christ, Jesus began a process of judging which people will be saved and which will be destroyed. Adventists believe all departed souls are sleeping until that time of final judgment.

(9.) Jesus Christ - The eternal Son of God, Jesus Christ became man and was sacrificed on the cross in payment for sin, was raised from the dead and ascended into heaven. Those who accept the atoning death of Christ are assured eternal life.

(10.) Prophecy - Prophecy is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Seventh-day Adventists consider Ellen G. White (1827-1915), one of the church's founders, to be a prophet. Her extensive writings are studied for guidance and instruction.

(11.) Sabbath - Seventh-day Adventist beliefs include worship on Saturday, in accordance with the Jewish custom of keeping the seventh day holy, based on the Fourth Commandment. They believe that the later Christian custom of moving the Sabbath to Sunday, to celebrate the day of Christ's resurrection, is unbiblical.

(12.) Trinity - Adventists believe in one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. While God is beyond human understanding, He has revealed Himself through Scripture and His Son, Jesus Christ.

The Seventh day Adventist may not be 100% correct in their "church doctrine" teaching but who is? Surely it's not the Catholics, the Protestants, Main Stream Christianity, Mormons, Buddhas, Islam, Muslims, NOT one is 100% true, many have more false hoods than truth. However putting aside the teaching of the 7th day Adventist, the teachings from Walther Veith is more in line with Biblical truth than all of these mentioned. I have watched most all his videos and they are all following the word of Yahova that was given to man known today as Jesus but correctly translated as Yeshua. You speak of Ellen White and make claims and then attempt to force her words into Walter Veith mouth...

The bible does not teach "soul sleep" that is correct. However the word of God teaches that nobody is in Heaven right now. I understand this is hard to understand because we have been brainwashed forever, that when you die you only have two options Heaven or Hell. Well this may inevitably be true but they are not there now, as the word teaches. It's only at the second coming of Yeshua will the "Dead in Christ" or those written in the book of Life be risen to everlasting life, and those headed to hell be sent there. As of now "everyone" is in the grave.

I'll only touch on this one point as you gave many false or bad interpretations.

Here is what the Bible teaches about where the Dead are. But what I show you from the word of God you must ask yourself this very simple question. "Will you Believe God"??? Because after I show you from his word that he said these things you'll have to make the choice to trust God or Trust your Religion...

What does the Bible really say about what happens when we die? Putting aside all preconceived ideas, any “wishful thinking”, what we “think we already know”, and without taking any verses out of context; look at the scriptures to see what the Bible truly says about this subject.

In Revelation 1:17-18 it says, “When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead, but he laid his right hand on me and said, 'Do not be afraid; it is I, the First and the Last; I am the Living One, I was dead and look -- I am alive for ever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and of Hades.”

If anyone knows what happens beyond the grave, it is Yeshua, so, we can trust His words to tell us what happens when we die. Therefore, since the Bible is His Word, the answers can only be found in the Bible.

To begin with, what do the scriptures say man is? In Genesis 2:7 it says, “Yehovah YHVH shaped man from the soil of the ground and blew the breath of life into his nostrils, and man became a living being.” The King James Version says, “he became a living soul.” So, according to the scriptures, man’s body was just dust until YHVH breathed the breath of life into him. THEN, man became a living being, a living soul. So, what is a soul? A soul is the body plus the breath of life. The scriptures do not say that YHVH put a soul into the body. It became a living soul once He breathed the breath of life into the body. He did not give man a soul, instead man became a soul. A soul is what we are, not what we possess. The Hebrew word that was translated as soul is נֶפֶשׁ (nephesh) which means, “a soul, a LIVING being, life, self, person”. Real, living, breathing beings, nothing more, nothing less.

This is the EXACT same word that is translated as living in Genesis 1:20, 21, & 30 when “YHVH said, 'Let the waters be alive with a swarm of LIVING creatures, and let birds wing their way above the earth across the vault of heaven.' And so it was. And YHVH created the great sea monsters, and every LIVING creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind; and YHVH saw that it was good. And to all the wild animals, all the birds of heaven and all the LIVING creatures that creep along the ground, I give all the foliage of the plants as their food.' And so it was.” These were not ghosts of creatures. They were real, living, breathing creatures.

It is also the same word translated as people in Genesis 12:5 “Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, all the possessions they had amassed and the PEOPLE they had acquired in Haran. They set off for the land of Canaan, and arrived there.” Abraham did not go into the promised land with a bunch of ghosts. They were real, living, breathing people.

I am a soul, you are a soul, and everyone who is alive is a soul. When we die, according to Ecclesiastes 12:7 “the dust returns to the earth from which it came, and the SPIRIT returns to YHVH who gave it.” Also, in Genesis 3:19 it says, “By the sweat of your face You shall eat bread, Till you return to the ground, Because from it you were taken; For you are dust, And to dust you shall return."

This is the exact opposite of what occurred at creation. The Hebrew word for spirit is ר֣וּחַ (ruach), which means “breath, wind, spirit”, and is a totally different word from נֶפֶשׁ (nephesh). The English word spirit is derived from the Latin word spiritus – which literally means breath. Therefore, if the body goes back to dust, and the spirit which is the breath of life, goes back to YHVH, then this is a disassembling of the soul that was formed at creation.

So, where are the dead? What does the Bible say?

In John 5:28-29 it says, “Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which ALL THAT ARE IN THE GRAVES shall hear His (Yeshua) voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, to the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, to the resurrection of damnation.” According to these scriptures, ALL are in the grave – THE GOOD AND THE BAD.

Psalm 6:5 “For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?” No giving thanks in the grave.

In Psalm 146:3 – 4 it says, “Do not trust in princes, In mortal man, in whom there is no salvation. His SPIRIT departs, he returns to the earth; In that very day his thoughts perish.” No thinking in the grave.

In Psalm 115:17 it says, “The DEAD DO NOT PRAISE the LORD, nor any who go down into silence.” No praising in the grave. There is only silence.

In Ecclesiastes 9:5-6 it says, “For the living know they will die; but the DEAD DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING, nor have they any longer a reward, for their remembrance is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in ANY THING THAT IS DONE UNDER THE SUN.”

In Ecclesiastes 9:10 it says, “Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might; for there is NO ACTIVITY OR PLANNING OR KNOWLEDGE OR WISDOM IN THE GRAVE where you are going.”

In John 11:11-14 Yeshua is talking to His disciples when He receives word about Lazarus: “This He said, and after that He said to them, "Our friend Lazarus HAS FALLEN ASLEEP; but I go, that I may awaken him out of sleep." The disciples therefore said to Him, "Lord, if he has fallen asleep, he will recover." Now Yeshua had spoken of his death, but they thought that He was speaking of literal sleep. Then Yeshua therefore said to them plainly, "Lazarus is DEAD.” In these verses, Yeshua is referring to death as a kind of sleep because sleep is a deep, rest and death is a deep, rest. Therefore, Death is described using the metaphor of sleep.

When He gets to the tomb where Lazarus is buried, in John 11:38-44 it says, “Yeshua therefore again being deeply moved within, came to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone was lying against it. Yeshua said, "Remove the stone." Martha, the sister of the deceased, said to Him, "Lord, by this time there will be a stench, for he has been dead four days." Yeshua said to her, "Did I not say to you, if you believe, you will see the glory of YHVH?" And so they removed the stone. And Yeshua raised His eyes, and said, "Father, I thank YOU that YOU heard Me. "And I knew that YOU hear Me always; but because of the people standing around I said it, that they may believe that YOU did send Me." And when He had said these things, He cried out with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth." Lazarus who had died came forth, bound hand and foot with wrappings; and his face was wrapped around with a cloth. Yeshua said to them, "Unbind him, and let him go."

It is worth noting that Yeshua did NOT say, “Lazarus, come back down from heaven.” Instead, Yeshua cried out “with a loud voice” (loud enough to wake the dead) and said “come forth” from the grave.

So, based on these scriptures, when we die, we are at rest in the grave. How long do we stay there?

In Job 14:12 it says, “So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.” Notice the word till in that verse. This means the dead will not, or cannot awaken until the last day.
1 Corinthians 15:20-23 it says, “But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep. For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ's at His coming”.
According to these verses, the dead in Christ will remain in their graves awaiting the order of resurrection. What is that order you ask? Yeshua is the "firstfruits of them that slept" and then those that are believers in Yeshua will "be made alive". But when will they be made alive? According to the Bible, they will have to be made alive in the order that the Lord set up. Yeshua, the "firstfruits" and then those that are His followers, "at His coming".

In 1 Corinthians 15:51-55 it says, “Behold, I tell you a mystery; we shall not all SLEEP, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, AT THE LAST TRUMPET; FOR THE TRUMPET WILL SOUND, and the DEAD WILL BE RAISED imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory. "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?"

According to these scriptures, the dead, which Paul refers to as sleeping, will be “raised”, not brought back down from heaven, nor brought up from hell. And, this will happen “at the last trumpet, for the trumpet will sound” and we shall ALL be changed.

In 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 it says, “But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are ASLEEP, that you may not grieve, like those who have no hope. For if we believe that Yeshua died and rose again, even so YHVH will bring with Him those who have fallen ASLEEP in Yeshua. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, and REMAIN UNTIL THE COMING OF THE LORD, shall not precede those who have fallen ASLEEP. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an Archangel, and WITH THE TRUMPET OF YHVH; and the DEAD in Christ shall RISE first. THEN WE who are alive and remain shall BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM in the clouds TO MEET the Lord in the air, and THUS WE SHALL ALWAYS BE with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.”

According to these scriptures, the “dead in Yeshua” must “RISE” from the grave. The “living who are in Yeshua” REMAIN until the coming of the Lord, which will be announced with a SHOUT of the voice of an Archangel, and a Trumpet blast. THEN the “living who are in Yeshua” get caught up to join together with the resurrected “dead in Yeshua” and meet the Lord in the air, and from that point on, both will ALWAYS be with the Lord.

But, what about Luke 23:42-43 where it says, “And he was saying, "Yeshua, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!" And Yeshua said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise." It LOOKS and SOUNDS like Yeshua told the thief he would be in Paradise with Yeshua that very same day. IF this was true, then both Yeshua and the thief went to Paradise that very same day.

However, if you look at the Greek manuscript which was translated into English, you will notice something missing.

καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ• ἀμήν σοι λέγω σήμερον μετ᾽ ἐμοῦ ἔσῃ ἐν τῷ παραδείσῳ

There is NO punctuation. The comma that is placed before the word “today” is something that was added. It is NOT in the original manuscript. Punctuation changes the way we understand what we read. What if the comma is in the wrong place? Try reading it, with a comma after the word “today”. “ I tell you today . . . you shall be with me in Paradise.” Puts a different meaning and understanding on the words.

However, since not everyone has access to the Greek manuscript, how else can we know that it does not belong where it is placed in most versions? Once again, we will use scriptures to make it clear.

In John 20:11-17 it says, “But Mary was standing outside the tomb weeping; and so, as she wept, she stooped and looked into the tomb; and she beheld two angels in white sitting, one at the head, and one at the feet, where the body of Yeshua had been lying. And they said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him." When she had said this, she turned around, and beheld Yeshua standing, and did not know that it was Yeshua. Yeshua said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?" Supposing Him to be the gardener, she said to Him, "Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you have laid Him, and I will take Him away." Yeshua said to her, "Mary!" She turned and said to Him in Hebrew, "Rabboni!" which means, Master. Yeshua said to her, 'Do not touch me, because I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to the brothers, and tell them: I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my YHVH and your YHVH.'”

This is after being in the grave for 3 days and nights, and He said He still had not gone to be with YHVH the Father. YHVH the Father is most definitely in Paradise. Therefore, there is no way Yeshua or the thief could be there on the same day Yeshua was crucified.

So what about the story of the rich man and the poor man named Lazarus in Luke 16:19-31? It is a parable, a story that is not to be taken literally. Parables were stories used to illustrate a situation, to clarify a point of instruction, and to increase understanding of the lesson being taught.

Mark 4:33 “Using many parables like these, He spoke the word to them, so far as they were capable of understanding it.”

Sometimes Yeshua used parables to teach a lesson, to make a point. Other times, Yeshua just came right out and spoke directly about a point, such as in the verse preceding this story (Luke 16:18) where He talks about divorce and remarriage.

In Luke 16:22-24, it says, "Now it came about that the poor man died and he was carried away by the angels to Abraham's bosom; and the rich man also died and was buried. And in Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried out and said, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue; for I am in agony in this flame.' “

If these verses are taken as a LITERAL description of death, then we have to take ALL of it LITERALLY and some problems arise.

It means that their bodies were literally still intact because they had fingers, tongues, etc. However, we have already seen that the scriptures tell us the body goes into a grave and returns to dust. According to this and the other scriptures already studied, there are no bodies to be thirsty or feel pain.

IF a literal body goes to heaven, or hell depending on the person’s life, WHAT DIED? Nothing. Then, this means that Yeshua did not die and we would NOT have hope based on His death, burial, and resurrection. He could not be resurrected from the dead if He did not actually die. If He was not resurrected from the dead, then we have no hope. Praise YHVH, the scriptures clearly tell us that HE DID DIE, HE RESTED IN THE GRAVE FOR 3 DAYS AND NIGHTS, AND THEN HE WAS RESURRECTED.

In Luke 16:25-31 it says, "But Abraham said, 'Child, remember that during your life you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus bad things; but now he is being comforted here, and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you there is a great chasm fixed, in order that those who wish to come over from here to you may not be able, and none may cross over from there to us.' "And he said, 'Then I beg you, Father, that you send him to my father's house-- for I have five brothers-- that he may warn them, lest they also come to this place of torment.' But Abraham said, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them.' But he said, 'No, Father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent!' But he said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone rises from the dead.'"

Once someone dies, they are dead and their chance to change is gone. They are asleep in the grave. If they are going to “get right” with YHVH, it needs to be done now, while they are alive, by studying and depending on the Words of YHVH and NOT by the words of other mortals.

Beware who you listen to, because if it is not backed by the Scriptures – and not just one or two taken without context – then it is not from YHVH Almighty.

In Matt 24:24 it says, “for there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and they shall give great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, also the chosen.”

It is repeated in Mark 13:22: “for false Christs and false prophets will arise, and will show signs and wonders, in order, if possible, to lead the elect astray.”

1 John 4:1 “My dear friends, not every spirit is to be trusted, but test the spirits to see whether they are from YHVH, for many false prophets are at large in the world.”

Do not be like those in 2 Timothy 4:3 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and will turn aside to myths.”

Instead, do as it say in 2 Timothy 2:15 “be diligent to present yourself approved to YHVH -- a workman irreproachable, rightly dividing the word of the truth”

This was a very in death review of what happens when we die. I hope the word of YHVH has opened your eyes to this truth that has been hidden away for millennia...

You are saved by grace. When and if you go to church is only to worship the G/d that saved you. It was never, Never by anything you did or will ever do. It was an act of pure grace.

Who made YAZMEEN an authority on Adventist theology?  What are her credentials and where did she get them from?  If I want to know what Seventh-day Adventists believe - or any other religious group for that matter -  it's best to ask them directly what they believe. If Yasmeen is a woman of God and representative of Jesus Christ, why does she look like a witch; with the heavy make-up and jewelry?  I'm just saying.

Ellen G. White wrote in the book Reflecting Christ page 15 as well in other places.

“The virgin ... will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”—which means, “God with us.” Matthew 1:23, N.I.V.
“The light of the knowledge of the glory of God” is seen “in the face of Jesus Christ.” From the days of eternity the Lord Jesus Christ was one with the Father; He was “the image of God, ” the image of His greatness and majesty, “the outshining of his glory.” It was to manifest this glory that He came to our world. To this sin-darkened earth He came to reveal the light of God’s love—to be “God with us.” Therefore it was prophesied of Him, “His name shall be called Immanuel.”

We believe one of His titles is Archangel or head of all the angels. Just like he is also called the Word.

I hope the lies presented here will be checked out so you can see they are false.

There is a small mixture of truth here but it is distorted. Agape to all.

I'm sorry but this is completely incorrect. SDAs do not teach that Michael was an angel in a "created being" sense. Angel just means messenger. They teach that Michael is another role/title for Christ. He is the commander over the angels and leads them in battle. Christ is referred to as the Son of Man, Lion of Judah, the  Lamb, Bright and Morning Star, Lilly of the Valley, Son of David, etc...SDAs in no way teach that Christ is not God the Son. And EG White doesn't say that SDAs are the only true Christians.

You condemn SDA's for not believing in eternal torment, but you seem to infer that because it is God's will that everyone would be saved, nobody will be lost.
If God's people are not in Babylon, why does He in Revelation say come out of her My people?

The confusion surrounding Jesus as Michael is cleared when studying not only the texts regarding Michael, but also the name Michael and the word Archangel.

Michael means "he who is like God" (H4317)
Archangel means "chief of the angels" (G743)

Jesus said Himself that He is just like God:

John 14:9
"Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? HE THAT HATH SEEN ME HATH SEEN THE FATHER; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"

Since an archangel is NOT an actual angel as most misperceive, it is simple to see how Christ can be and is chief of the angels.

Paul even states that when Jesus returns, He will come with the voice of the archangel:

1 Thessalonians 4:16
"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, WITH THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:"

3 of the 5 verses mentioning Michael even call him a prince.

Daniel 10:13
"But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the CHIEF (first H7223) PRINCES, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia."

Daniel 10:21
"But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael YOUR PRINCE."

Daniel 12:1
"And at that time shall Michael stand up, THE GREAT PRINCE which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book."

Jesus is also called a Prince:

Isaiah 9:6
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, THE PRINCE OF PEACE."

That is only some of the evidence that supports such an idea as Jesus being Michael. Making assumptions without digging into the text is what is the source of the confusion on this topic. Looking at all of the evidence with an un-biased mind is the key to learning truth about all things in the Scriptures.

God Bless

Also, I want to add, that 1 John 5:3 is in the New Testament. So many people believe that we do not need to obey Him.

Don't the Jehovah's Witnesses also teach that Jesus is Michael the archangel?

"The earlier Protestant scholars usually identified Michael with the pre-incarnate Christ, finding support for their view, not only in the juxtaposition of the 'child' and the archangel in Rev 12:1-17, but also in the attributes ascribed to him in Daniel."[13] Such scholars include but are not limited to:

Martin Luther[57][58]
Hengstenberg with others[59][60][61]
Dr. W. L. Alexander [in Kitto], Prof. Douglas [in Fairbairn][62]
Jacobus Ode, Campegius Vitringa, Sr.[63][64][65]
Philip Melanchthon, Broughton, Junius, Calvin, Hävernick[66]
Polanus, Genevens, Oecolampadius & others, [67] Adam Clarke[68]
Samuel Horsley[69][70]
Cloppenburgh, Vogelsangius, Pierce and others (Horsely)[71]
John (Jean) Calvin[72][73]
Isaac Watts, John Bunyan, Brown's Dictionary, James Wood's Spiritual Dictionary[74]
and many others[75]
for even before them, the Jewish commentators, such as Wetstein, Surenhusius, etc.[76]
In the 19th Century, Charles Haddon Spurgeon[77][78] stated that Jesus is "the true Michael" [79][80] and “the only Archangel”, [81] and that he is God the Son, and co-equal to the Father.[77]

Some have an issue with the word "one" in Daniel 10:13, because they believe that it makes Michael only one of many, so how can he be Jesus.

Daniel 10:13
"But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, ONE of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia."

Let us understand 3 things here.

1. Who is speaking in this verse? It is Gabriel, who is a powerful angel himself, however, even he needed Michael's help to defeat the "prince of the kingdom of Persia (Satan)".

2. The word "one" in Hebrew reveals more than in English. See below.

H259
Original: אחד
Transliteration: 'echâd
Phonetic: ekh-awd'

1. one (number)
a. one (number)
b. each, every
c. a certain
d. an (indefinite article)
e. only, once, once for all
f. one...another, the one...the other, one after another, one by one
g. first
h. eleven (in combination), eleventh (ordinal)

Also what is interesting about this word is that it is the same Hebrew word used in Deuteronomy 6:4

Deuteronomy 6:4
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:"

Many Jewish people use this verse saying that since the LORD is "one", there cannot be a Son. But we as Christians know that this is not what this means. It has to do with unity and oneness.

When Jesus said this in His prayer to the father, do you think He was speaking about Himself and the disciples as being all one physically or spiritually?

John 17:11, 14
"And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me."

It is easy to see that God does not always mean one as a physical number, bit unity together with Him.

3. Lastly, we have the name Michael itself as a witness.

Notice definition #1:

H4317
Original: מיכאל
Transliteration: mı̂ykâ'êl
Phonetic: me-kaw-ale'
BDB Definition: Michael = " who is like God"

1. one of, the chief, or the first archangel who is described as the one who stands in time of conflict for the children of Israel
2. an Asherite, father of Sethur, one of the 12 spies of Israel
3. one of the Gadites who settled in the land of Bashan
4. another Gadite, ancestor of Abihail
a Gershonite Levite, ancestor of Asaph
one of the 5 sons of Izrahiah of the tribe of Issachar
a Benjamite of the sons of Beriah
one of the captains from Manasseh who joined David at Ziklag
father or ancestor of Omri, chief of the tribe of Issachar in the reign of David
one of the sons of Jehoshaphat who were murdered by their elder brother, Jehoram
father or ancestor of Zebadiah, of the sons of Shephatiah

For some it does not matter what Scriptural evidence there is, they will find something to use to reject the Bible teachings. For others, they stand on the Scriptures and will change their belief to match the Word of God instead of trying to change the Word of God to match their belief.

God Bless

In case you didn't know. The Mormons, JW's and the SDA ALL believe that Jesus was Michael. SDA also believes salvation comes by worshiping on Saturday, so all you non keeping Sabbath "Christians" who only believe in Jesus are in trouble.
