My husband and I took B12 for a long time… got tested and we both had real high levels of B12. We both had to stop for several months, and now we just take it once a week.

This is interesting 🧐 I haven’t come across the issue of high levels of B12 and sleep disruption before. Thank you.

Hello doctor.. What do you recommend to treat essential tremor disease? It is not Parkinson’s disease.. When I stand on a stage or face people, my body trembles, my heart rate increases, I sweat a lot, and I have difficulty speaking.. Can you help?

I take B12 sublingual tablets. Where do you get 2.4 mcg's from? Most of what I see on the market has thousands of micrograms per tablet. I take it just once per week because of this.

I do wake up at 3:40 4 am almost every morning regardless of how tired I am when I go to bed. So it could be too much B12. Where do you get the smaller doses you are referring to?

I take a multivitamin w/ 50mcg b-12 and usually drink an energy drink a day w/ 6mcg b-12. Total of 1, 083% daily recommended. Got here because I’m thinking my insomnia and lack of sleep quality is because I’m taking too much b-12. Been trying to figure it out. I feel like on the days I don’t take my multivitamin I sleep much better at night. High b-12 cause insomnia and lack of sleep quality??

I think I need B supplements. Problem is I don't eat in the mornings. So if I take it mid day when I eat that might keep me awake. 😮

I enjoy your presentations HOWEVER there is verified research saying HIGHER amounts it can actually cause neuropathy symptoms.
Tingling / pins and needles . Something that perhaps SHOULD be mentioned
