NEW Vitamin Drink for Dry Eyes! Can this be the Cure?

One thing frequently recommended as a natural dry eye treatment is to stay more hydrated. Many people fail to drink enough water throughout the day and this is believed to contribute to dry eye syndrome. In addition to drinking more water, more research has been coming out around vitamins and other nutraceuticals for dry eyes.

This is a new dry eye vitamin supplement drink designed around published research on dry eyes and could benefit some people. One important thing I like to mention is that while this drink is based on dry eye research, we are still waiting on more independent research to show us this could in fact be a recommended dry eyes treatment.
Either way, people seem to be leaving good reviews and feedback about the product and it could be something to consider for people looking for a natural dry eyes treatment.

Note: Dry eye syndrome can be complicated by other forms of ocular surface disease & it's always best to consult with your local eye care professional if you are experiencing any eye pain or vision changes.

Dry eye in my experience= 1) lack of fatty acids, 2) dehydration or 3) build up of demodex skin mites.

I have extremely dry eyes at night. I already take plenty of vitamins & supplements. I don't think it helps dry eyes but I do think that Bromelain helps reduce my floaters.

In my opinion, I have learned that the more hydrated I am, the more moisture my eyes have and the better my skin is. I have learned to drink more water. I am curious to know if the vitamins in the dry eye powder are synthetic, and if they are, I will continue to drink plain water.

I think I would try it, although I'd be more inclined to take it if clinical data was gathered and proved that it helped. I'd also want to know what's in it.

I take the AREDS2 vitamins for AMD but there is clinical evidence there and the Retina Specialist said "Yes, definitely."
If it isn't too expensive, I might give it a try.

I would try a dry eye drink especially since I cannot take Restasis, Cequa & Xiidra because of side affects and have to go on that autologous serum.

If it tastes good and adds vitamins your body is lacking, then great! Most of those drinks mixes contain artificial sweeteners which make them overly sweet. What someone needs to do is design a mix that has lactoferrin in it. I’m no expert but I do know it’s essential to eye health….and also helps keep covid at bay. I think most people get their daily need with dairy products but anyone who is lactose intolerant may not get enough. It’s a very overlooked protein and until recently couldn’t even be measured in the tear film.

I suffer from dry eye and MGD. I also have Keratoconus. I found that supplement on Amazon. It works! However, it's best when you take one in the morning. And, the p.m. one, at night. The issue, for me was the price. It started at $19.99, for 20 individual packets. So, that was $40.00 (for a.m. and p.m.), every 20 days! The price has increased to $25.00. Unfortunately, I can't swing $50.00 every 20 days. And, yes. You do have to take them consistently to really get the benefits.
