Constantly being told what I am doing wrong is what is actually killing me....

Less Phone Time = Healthier, Walk more, Move more, Take Naps, Write, Use your computer instead of your phone when you “have to”. Pathetic that some people literally cannot live for a few hours without their phone.

It makes sense, but at the same time the problem with podcasts or music (as an example) is that there is simply no time to just sit and listen, so if you want to do it, you have to multitask. Also, with working out (which I do not enjoy) - after a year in, I realized that I need to get wireless earbuds because otherwise, it is so boring to work out. I am just getting too tired of it. And lastly, phone addiction and dopamine disturbance is a real problem, but at the same time with no phone time, I wouldn't have the motivation to make videos, nor I would learn a lot of useful information, like this video, so it is a fair trade (isn't it?).
