Thank you for having this video on here!!!! I've been suffering with neck pain for over 3 weeks & have been popping advil, & knew to tilt head while applying opposite pressure. But not until I laid over the bed, taking the pressure off my neck & do this technique did I finally have relief. I did this yest. afternoon & today, I keep expecting the pain to come back & thank goodness it isn't.

Really should leave this to the pros, but my neck has been hurting so much lately, I had to try. I only got one pop, but the slow stretching really helped. Slow and easy. Thanks for the help!

The key is to pull the top of your head just as much as you're pushing at your chin. Feels excellent, thank you.

Thank you so much! i had trouble moving my neck and that adjustment technique gained me some mobility. Is there a technique to self-adjust the upper back ( right below the neck)? Thanks in advance..

Pretty standard although I have never tried that position from the Bed but the neck part aspect was standard

Mmm i got a crack out of the left side of my neck <3 Still hurts a lil on the right. I think I pulled something le other night. Plus always looking down as a tall person doesnt help.

The facets on an occiput glide inferior. Therefore doing that adjustment with the head hanging down like that is a recipe causing instability in the joint at best... vertebral artery stroke at worse.

No crack all it did was cause a shooting pain into my head but then I was told to go see a professional I guess I should go lol
