- 10 Single Arm Row LGT
- 20 Hurdler Hip Opener

(3 min Rest Before Starting Part B)

Part B: (3 Rounds)
- 15 Split Squats RGT
- 15 Split Squats LFT
- 15 Front Delt Raise
