IMPORTANT: Feedback for APS

I received my APS after 2 months some of the things I did that might have helped me
1) I included a paper with my indian University address and mail and also professors phone number and email.
2) I also mailed my university to reply to any email that they might receive from APS
3) I included a paper with the link and instructions where they can check my graduation results online by typing my roll no..
I just received a verification call and next day i received my APS

Edit:- Also asked the German University from whom I received the offer letter to send email to APS india to release APS certificate for me.

applying aps after getting an admit may speed up the process.I received my APS in 3 months exactly because i had an admit

Exception- if german or eu fully funded scholarship does need Aps.. That mean if my relative(German citizens) sponsored me does i need Aps certificate???

At the moment, every university requires APS during application process thr certificate must be uploaded with the application i mean idk how to can I get this APS as earliest as possible

We are not against APS and verification. But lot of delay is happening. No transperancy. They need to speed up the process. Better for them to give to outside agency for verification and establishing APS centres in important cities will help to speed up the process. Most important they are not giving importance to those who are applying for Bachelors and Studienkolleg.

I recently applied for aps but in my passport I don't have a surname .
My surname is given in the given name section. So I saw you video and applied for an update .
Is there a problem if I edit my passport as I submitted my current copy of the passport to aps ....?

Hi sir as i am a diploma student and cannot apply for the aps certificate i think this must be removed by the German embassy because diploma students have much more practical knowledge and have a better grip in engineering subjects. What do you say guys (Diploma Students)

Say for instance -
A students name - has initial in his Surname as "S" ( not full form )
in all academic documents and Govt ID,

I.e, "Student S"

However - only in Passport his Surname is in full form,

i.e, "Student Surname"



do you think will this affect/reject APS verification or in any stages like university application or student VISA?
