Quality assurance (QA) is a critical but underdeveloped aspect of many APS programs. A formal QA process allows APS programs to hold staff accountable, to adjust policies and procedures, to identify training needs and, in the end, to improve services to clients. With ACL formula grant funding, many APS programs are looking to improve their QA programs. Join us to learn what we know nationally about APS QA practices.
