A while back, my sister used to live in an American state that had very bad winter snows. She would put bright, plastic flowers outside at her doorway. It was so lovely to see the striking bits of colors and shapes, standing out in the blanket of white snow.
Plants, either real or not, really lift the spirits.

Makes sense I'm always happiest when I sit under a tree or under this old gazebo we have in the backyard covered in leafy vines it's awesome.

Definitely agree. Workers water and prune the plants providing a nice occasional distraction. Also helps with the recycled, stale air which hurts productivity and happiness.

Places without plants are weird to me. I have too many house plants and way too big of a yard, but it's pretty much a jungle compared everywhere else I've been, except Hawaii. I just cant help but show off health plants. :)

as a former call center employee, having some hydrangeas on the desk won't help the customers calling in get any smarter. nor would they make me feel like the company cared anymore about me. you know what makes an employee feel like their multi-billion dollar company cares about them? a decent living wage that surpasses tiny rate of inflation we as Americans face every year.lol
