I just finished my first pre-recorded video interview. I see I couldn't look at laptop continuously, I had to move my eyes more frequently and make some actions. Not sure if everyone are the same. First of all I dint even smile. I forgot about that. So much pressure- to answer it right, time frame, understand what the question is all about etc..

I’m sorry but I disagree totally. First of all majority of pre recorded interviews do not give candidates the chance to re do videos. You have a timer on the screen. Usually 60 seconds which is not enough for most people. The added pressure to get it right goes against so many things. For instance if you suffer from anxiety, you will probably struggle with this. You’re very positive about this but I say get rid of it.
