Our experience. Senior level job applicants completely disregarded the request to complete the Hirevue questions. The pool of candidates that did complete it was a joke. Will never use them again.

Hi and thanks for the video! It's funny, I've never had to do one of these interviews, I just applied to a position yesterday and am being asked to do one. So I started doing some research just to make sure I'm prepared! I've watched several videos and just found you and your channel.

The previous video I watched was from a gentleman who had been a recruiter for 20+ years and said the "tell me about yourself" is NOT about the job lol then I find this video and you say it IS! Hahah oh boy, my head is already spinning 😂😂

Brain teasers are fun for entertainment or parties, but as a screening tool for jobs they are flat-out stupid. Far more important to EVERY job than the ability to do quick math or spacial reasoning is the ability to get along with others. Never have I ever wished a coworker could do basic math in his head better, but BOY have I wished coworkers had basic communication skills and consideration for others. Build that into your AI-driven, one-way interview tool, and you'll finally improve your customer's workplace.
