Had to drop a comment to thank you for these and other tips! I had my first one-way video interview a few weeks ago and was called back today for a second interview! I put a little star sticker next to the webcam to remind me where to look when I hit record. Not knowing the questions in advance I prepared some stories as you mentioned in another video with your template. That helped me stay focused and hit important talking points to answer some of the questions when I had several opportunities to get lost in 3 minute recordings with multiple takes. Thank you!
