Guys, this is THE video. I watched this and followed his prompts to a *tee*, making sure I had answers of my own for each one of them that basically spoonfeed the key words of the job during the hire vue responses. 2 months later, I’m happy to announce that I got a job with the company :) and I really have to thank this video because without it I would have been completely blind sided and wouldn’t have given as good of a response.

Remember, YOU are the ideal person they are looking for. YOU have what it takes. Tools like these just exist to help them filter through the best candidates, so you have to make sure you know how to use it to your advantage.
