Here's a tutorial on how to setup your workspace in Photoshop CC 2020. Although many Photoshop users will already know most of this, I've covered every aspect of the workspace in detail—and also covered how I set up my own workspace for compositing and retouching. I also cover the vital shortcuts I use for the Photoshop workspace.

Very well explained and easy to follow, so many tutorials are gone through much too quickly. Thank you

The examples of dragging and docking were especially helpful to me...especially showing that dragging the Window panels "off" the right edge of the image window is the way to dock them on the right side of the image but within the Photoshop workspace container.

Good overview of the workspace which is what I was looking for. Confused why you keep mentioning that someone who is familiar with Photoshop, they will find this redundant. If someone is familiar with PS, I suggest they won't be searching for a video titled "how to set up your workspace"? Now that is being redundant :-) Thanks for a good basic overview, just like the name says

Wonderful video, thank you very much. Let me ask you one question if I may, if you accidentally close out the window panes on the right by hitting "x" in the far upper right, how do you get them all back? The only way so far I found is to RESET WORKSPACE. Once again, very helpful video, thank you very much!

I'm trying to learn setting up photoshop. thanks a lot for your tutorial. When I click PS from home that "Floating Workspace in Adobe 2020" doesn't come up on mine, is it not downloaded correctly I'm thinking? I've downloaded 2x

I'm confused - is this a video about how things work and where to find what in PS, or how to set up my workspace in PS?

What resolution do you use to edit? 72/240/300 does it matter?
