My guitar is autistic and cheap I tried oiling it up, getting new strings and adjusting the trus rod but it still keeps buzzing and the fretboard generally feels like sandpaper what do I do?

The one thing that has been wrong on every new guitar I’ve ever bought is the nut action is too high. The nut slots should be barely any higher than the rest of the frets. If you put a capo between the 2nd and 3rd frets, the strings should only clear the first fret by a few thousandths of an inch. They may look like they are touching the first fret until you tap on the string. With a high nut action, fretting open chords is tough on your fingers.
