DR BERG'S VIDEO ON APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

In this video, Dr. Berg talks about why apple cider vinegar (ACV) can help you lose belly fat. It is not that it does this directly, but indirectly and it's not even the vitamins and minerals in the apple cider vinegar, but something called acetic acid. This acid apparently has the ability to reduce resistance to insulin and increase glucose uptake by the muscle cells.

It also lowers blood sugars and the need for the pancreas to make insulin. Less insulin, more fat burning, less fat storage in your belly. The other cool thing is that when insulin resistance improves, your ability to absorb vitamins, minerals, and protein (amino acids). Take 1 tablespoon of ACV in a glass of water. I like to also add lemon juice too - at 1 tsp.

This guy is my favorite YouTube doctor/health educator. I'm down 25 lbs just from ACV and intermittent fasting since June. I also go to the gym 5 days a week but my eating habits haven't changed much. Still eating junk food which is what I'm trying to improve.

I love how you just got straight to the point. A lot of videos I watch the people talk on and on and on and then finally once they get to talking about Apple cider vinegar they don’t explain how it works in the body and then most forget to even tell you how much apple cider vinegar and water you should take.

Wow. I have been doing KETO off and on for years but just started doing apple cider vinegar a couple of weeks ago. It works. I do KETO for my epilepsy and have been thin for a long time. I will say a prayer to JESUS for you this morning. I love your videos. You are an excellent teacher. 😊❤😊

I have lost 3kgs in 6 days of use. I usually do mix ACV and Ginger in warm water, stir well the mixture and take down after 5 minutes. In the 6 days of use, I skipped 2nights.

I take one table spoon of apple cider vinegar daily on empty stomach and take my breakfast half an hour after, and i get many benefits from it. Thanks to doctor Berg.

I do not understand the negative ramifications of a blood sugar spike?  How is a spike detrimental and how is a spike bad for weight loss?  Could you do a video and explain it in simple terms or guide me to your video if you've already explained it?  Thank you so much for your very informative content!

It’s true! I started drinking apple cider vinegar/mixed with ginger and I haven’t lost weight but my stomach has gotten smaller! It’s weird!!

ACV is wonderful - BUT you need to be careful as my dentist has noticed slight erosion on my front teeth.
Drink through a straw and rinse mouth out with water afterwards. Better still, buy ACV tablets.
